Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations within the ITSM, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs. You will be responsible for quality assurance, identifying trends, and mitigating risks across the team’s output.
Compliance & Risk Management: Serve as the HR Champion for compliance systems (RTW, DBS, and Vetting). You will act as the primary escalation point for complex transactional issues, ensuring all actions align with current legislation and internal policies.
Process Transformation: Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and systems. You will identify opportunities for automation and one-touch processing to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Payroll Integrity: Manage HR-related payroll queries with precision. You will implement control measures to mitigate future errors and provide monthly performance summaries to senior leadership.
